Where do we start?
We spend an hour together on video. We look at how you use AI, the data you protect and what worries you.
You leave with three written priorities. It’s free, and it commits you to nothing.

How do you know it works?
Every engagement produces its own indicators. You keep evidence, not an impression.
Before
We measure the starting point: time spent, quality of work, risks, staff confidence.
During
We choose three to five simple indicators with you, tracked without heavy tools.
After
We compare, and write down what changed and what did not work.
Who will we work with?
I’m Arnaud Dandoy, a lawyer by training with a PhD in criminology. For six years I was head of research and learning at Avocats Sans Frontières, after seven years in Haiti. I have taught AI law and ethics. I ask it my usual question: what does it change, and for whom?
- IndependentNo licence resale, no vendor commissions.
- CarefulThe people you serve come before the tool.
- TransparentEvery recommendation states its cost and its risks.
